Q. What are your business hours?

A. Since we work from home, we are available 7 days a week and are very flexible with our business hours. Simply give us a call to discuss your individual needs.

Q. Can you organise to have our prints framed?

A. Yes we can. We have 30 different frames to choose from, and if you can not find one that you like our framers have over 200 to choose from!

Q. What should I wear for a portrait sitting?

A. We find that smart casual clothing always looks best. Plain & neutral colours like whites, denims, etc… don’t date and it’s advisable to avoid bold and busy colours, stripes and large logos. Remember nothing is more beautiful and perfect than the face of a child no matter how adorable the outfit. For large group photos, colours should co-ordinate to create a unified look. When you come to your portrait sitting, please bring with you a couple of change of clothes. For example, you may choose something dressy and as well as some casual clothes like jeans and a t-shirt etc.

Consider where you will be placing the portrait, as it would pay to wear clothes that will compliment the colours of the room, as well as the style of the room. For example, if the room is a formal lounge room, you would probably want the pictures to be formal and dressy, but if it is for a games room, you would probably want the pictures to be casual.

Q. What about babies - how hard is it to do a Baby portrait?

A. We enjoy taking baby pictures which will preserve your memories of your child as they grow older, and it isn't as daunting a challenge as you may think. Please bring some change of clothes for them and also some of their favourite toys. When making a booking for the sitting, please keep in mind what time of the day or night is the time when they are most happy (usually after a feed and sleep) and try and make the booking for around that time.

Q. How long does it take for us to receive our pictures?

A. It depends on what sort of pictures you are ordering and if they are being framed or not. Usually within two weeks.

Q. How long does the photography session go for?

A. This depends on how many people are involved and if children are involved. It can take anywhere from 15mins to 2 hours. Timing all depends on your requirements, so give us a call and we can make an appropriate booking to suit your needs.
